are in metal cans or glass, some weeks when vacuum packed.
Our
recommendations
Get it out from
the fridge 20 minutes before eating it, but slice it at the last
minute.Use a very sharp toothless knife that you will swipe for
each cut.
The best bread is the simple bread slightly grilled
If you wish something around, try the figs, or caramelized apple
slices, or grapes
About
the wine, you
have several possibilities
A soft white wine: Sauternes, Monbazillac, Jurançon, Vendanges
tardives d'Alsace, etc...
A dry white wine: Burgundy, Côtes de Beaune, Champagne
très sec.
A red wine: Médoc (Margaux, Pauillac), or Madiran or Cahors
